Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My fiance and I got engaged not too long ago, and his ex wife cannot stand me. They have joint custody of their two kids. Is there anything she can do as far as me going to doctor visits or being present when he picks up the kids?

If you are asking can she prevent you from being present when he picks the kids up-the answer is no based on the facts presented. In theory, as a custodial parent, she may be able to prevent you from being in the examining room if she is there, especially since you are not a steppmother at this time.
