Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my fiance is recently devorced and had a child with her exhusband. we are planning to get married soon but as I am In the United States Marine Corps we are planing on traveling around the world. My question is wat are my fiances rights and is there any way to deny her exhusbands custody privlages? so that we can travel

she recently filed for full custody and I thought since she provided proof of is drug use and his general lack of care for the child that she would surely get full custody but the judge ruled that she has the right to move aslong as she brings the child to see him once a month.

what are our options for getting full custody?

You need to file a petition and notice pursuant to the Indiana Relocation Statute. the issues are quite complex so I suggest that you hire an attorney.
