Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Everything in my name

My fiance just walked out on me after 10 years with no warning and moved out of state. Later I found emails that show he was planning this for months. His credit was bad so everything was in my name. Even though he left all the items that were his that he was paying for is there any legal action I can take against him. Even the house is in my name.

Re: Everything in my name

If you can show a pattern that he was paying for the things in your name, a court could consider this to be an inplied contract and you could sue him. If the total amount is under $6000, then you can file in small claims court.
