Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
fiance and his ex wife have joint custody of 4 year old daughter. she enrolled daughter in preschool last fall and has since failed to list father on school records and also told them she receives no child support when she gets $100/week. Was enrolled in community action preschool of clark county. the mother has neglected to take child to school out of laziness so she has missed at least 18 days in last 3 months. Court orders were that she maintain health insurance on child and she has not for at least the last year and she refuses to give the father any information so that we may try and get insurance for the child. Is there anything we can do as far as enforcing the school subject and trying to get primary guardianship switched to us so we can make sure she gets her education needs supplied?

Your husband should talk to a family law attorney in his community about a custody change. Because you are neither the parent or a stepparent, you do not have a "dog in the fight" at this point, so you should remove yourself from the discussion and let him shoulder the responsibility.
