If your relationship is so bad that you can't call her and work this out, you will have to petition the court for parenting time rights. If you are exercising those rights pursuant to a court order, that is not harrassment.

Please provide more details. Did you sign a paternity affidavit at or near the time of birth? (not the birth certificate) Have you had paternity established by a court? You really need to repost with both of these questions answered before any help can be provided.
