Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My ex fiancee and I have a 2 year old son, she has custody but I have partial legal custody, visitation (I get him Monday nights and Friday afternoons every week) and I pay child support out of my check. She started dating a guy in the Air Force just a couple of months ago, and is going to marry him next week because he lives in Florida.
We are going to court over it in a couple of weeks because she filed a request to relocate. I have my attorney who helped me before come back for this one too. I just wanted some outside opinions on what you think the outcome is going to be. It'd break my heart to see him go. His grandparents on both sides of the family and myself all live within 5 minutes of each other. Please respond.

Since you already have an attorney, you really should talk with him or her as they have the most knowledge of your case and the judge who is hearing it.
