Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My fiances ex is a long time pill abuser and a convicted gun felon, that moves from location to location in the area. Is there a rule on unfit homes for their 2 children to not be abloe to go to his location for visitation? thanks so much.

No, there is no such hard and fast "rule". Those facts may provide grounds for limitations on parenting time, but it is not automatic.
