Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My fiances son is autistic, graduated high school two years ago in Indiana. He is capable of working and highly functionable. He will be 20 next February, has been living with his grandma/pa since graduation and new boyfriend moving in. The mom has always been the custodial parent. We only see him every other weekend. We still paying child support, Can we file emancipation/to stop support since he's not getting this money? He wants to stay with his grandparents. How do we do this?

Actually, the grandparents may be entitled to child support. If he is dependent, it is not likely that you can emancipate him.
