Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My fiance's ex wife claimed that he was the father of her baby but when she had the baby didnt invite him to the hospital and he didnt sign any papers stating he was the father. But while he was overseas she was not faithful to him so when they went to court for their divorce he told the judge that he would give her child support if he was sure that the child was his. They were ordered to get a paternity test and come back to discuss payment if the child was his but she moved away two weeks later and was remarried two months later. can she get into any trouble? Because now her lawyer is saying he cant find any court papers stating this

Get your fiance to sit down in front of an attorney who can explain his rights and responsibilities to him. Worrying about whether the former wife will "get in trouble" is not a high priority.
