fighting with the ex!

i have been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years and his ex has slipped through the court system!!!!! he was ordered by the court to pay a certian amount for support this amount was set in september of 2005. she has yet to let him see his youngest child and she has been ordered to let him see her but still she is not.they went to court for contempt for not letting him see her and they didnt do antthing! he has three kid with her 10,8,and 3. she lets him see them whenever she sees fit. she doesn't go by the guidelines book,she calls and leaves realy bad messages calling us all kinds of names. she drives by my house and yells stuff at us. my question is what can we do to make this court system pay attention to the dads that are trying to take care of their kids.because dads get the bad end of the deal on that one!
