Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I need to file a tax intercept on a court order for the collection of the medical portion owed figured on child support that I already have a contempt charges on and have been owed for 7 years. State prosecutors office will not help.

Only the state can do an intercept of money directly from a tax return. Your post was a little unclear; please repost with more information and a little more clearly if this does not answer your question.
