Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i filed for childd support but now i do not want to precede with it. there is a status conference coming at the end of the month. no paternity has been established and he is not on the birth certificate. what happens if i do not show? will it be dismissed. can i just call and say i want it dismissed?

The court can proceed without you. You cannot just call and have the case dismissed.
