Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have filed for divorce, we are buying property from my mother on contract and I have not made a payment for over a year. Will the court make me or my mother sell? He has not work much of the 20 years we have been married and I have always worked 2 jobs.

The court has no juridiction over your mother, only over you and your husband. It is possible that a court would order you to sign over your share of the property as part of the divorce and order your husband to make all payments. It is also possible that the court will order him to sign over his share to you and order you to make the payments. You really need to hire a divorce attorney if you have not done so already.
