Is finanical affidavit required?

If I'm filing Pro Se, and my spouse's whereabouts are unknown (been

separated for past 8 years), and we don't have any property, finances, nor

children to our marriage, do I have to fill out and submit a financial affidavit

with my divorce petition?

If your local court rules require a financial declaration, you must file one even though you are serving the other spouse by publication.
