Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Can I find out the what the options are for the father of a child born outside wedlock? Paternity has been established. I'm trying find out what I can do as far as seeing the child. The mother and I lived together for a year and I am afraid that if I move out, she will not allow me to see my daughter.
