foster home case

my son is in a foster home for his behavior i still have my rights to my son he was sexually asulted by a foster brother he is mentally retarded and the foster mom did not beleive my son or me he was seen at the hospital and they found a rectol tear is there any thing i can do to get my son back home and sue /

Immediately contact the case worker. If you are going to get your son back, you will need probably need to contact a lawyer. If there was a Guardian ad litem (GAL) or CASA worker appointed contact that individual as well. In these kinds of cases, it is time to be the proverbial "squeaky wheel" which means you need to keep voicing your concerns and making certain demands.

I can not fully answer this question without knowing the reasons why he was placed in foster care in the first place. However, if you have not contacted the case worker you should do so as soon as possible.
