if i just found out a have a child but the child has her mother's boyfriend lastname can i have her lastname changed to my lastname or what do i have to do to change it?

See an attorney immediately. If it is not too late, you can establish paternity. Besides ordering child support and custody , the court also has jurisdiction over the baby's name.
