Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Just found out my husbands using heroin and I want to get our 2 kids and myself out of the situation before anything bad happens. I want to take my kids to Missouri where I have family so he can sober up. I'd like to know my rights on taking my kids across state lines with or without his permission

Your safest route quite frankly is to either get a protective order if you qualify or file for a legal separation or dissolutionand seek an emergency provisional order. Another possibility may be to have your husband admitted to one of the mental health centers in the area such as St. Margaret in Dyer. You may have to see a probate lawyer to do so.
