A friend was beaten very badly and her ex is in locked up for many years. He wants to see there daughter.He payed to have her beaten. Does she half to let him see her?

She should seek a modification of the visitaiton order asking that visitation be halted if she feels that the harm that the child will suffer is greater than the benefit of spending time with her father.
