Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My friend is been mentally harassed by his wife, he is not in a sexual relation with her for 3years after the child due to which he got attracted towards other girl, there is abusement, no respect towards him n his family from her. She lives separate with her child but under same roof for 2 years and is not ready for divorce. So what should be done in such case

ask your friend to contact an advocate he has good case on merits our high court has given land mark judgement on same facts of case. he can challenge only on the same grounds that not living together
