Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have FULL custody of my children, their father has NO visitation rights, he is supposed to pay child support but has not since it was ordered (almost two years). I am now remarried and we live in Indiana BUT he has a better job opportunity in Florida, we also have family in Florida, My question is, can I just move to florida or do I have to go before a judge?

Depends on what the decree says regarding the reason for terminating his visitation rights. Show the decree to an attorney in your community and ask him or her this same question.
