Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

full custody - making out my will

I am wanting to get my will together and have a question. I found on formsguru.com a will for divorced persons with minor children; I have full custody of my children and want to put in my will that my parents get custody of my two children if something happens to me. Is this possible to put in there? Or have a clause that they have grandparents rights?

You can place those things in your will, however, they will not be controlling over the divorce decree. Also, a will is a very important document. You can usually have an attorney draft a simple will for under $100.
