Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My future ex husband and I have one child who is dead and otherwise no assets if we file the papers together do we still have to attend the separation hearing? Or the divorce hearing? Or can I go to none of them? also do they have a notary at the court house and do we have to sign it together and get it notarized or can he sign and notarize his own?

Do we still have to attend the separation hearing? No such thing

Or the divorce hearing? If the court orders it

Or can I go to none of them? If the court doesn't order it.

also do they have a notary at the court house? Depends on the court house

Do we have to sign it together and get it notarized or can he sign and notarize his own? Don't know what you mean by "his own", but different notaries can notarize different signatures on the same piece of paper.
