Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
A girl friend involved in a heated custody case over their 3-year-old son told me that her voice mail on her cell phone--which is actually owned by a company she works for--has been turned off after a court order was granted on the request of her ex-husband's lawyer that she was ignoring his messages. She said her cell provider was contacted and this was indeed done. Can you explain how this was legal, especially considering her name isn't even connected with the phone number.

Such an action can not be legal, which tells me you are probably not getting an accurate story.
