Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Girl is 17 and her parents say she can live with another family (problems with girl and mother) do they need a guardianship paper signed in order for the 17 year old to remain on her parents insurance?

You would have to read the insurance policy to find out.

I agree with Jay, you need to look at the insurance policy or talk wiht the HR department at work if the insurance is provided by an employer.
