Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

me and my girlfriend have a child together and I sinded the birth certificate, so the child has my last name. My nany mama wants to take me to court. My question is when we gon to court is there a chance I can lose my child since courts mostly rule in favor of the mother?

I assume you are asking about your chances of obtaining custody in a court dispute. That is too complicated a question for this forum, and you should consult an attorney. There is no automatic presumption in favor of the mother under Indiana law.
