Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My girlfriend and mother to my child threw me out of my own apartment, had the lease changed. pressed false charges, slaped a restraining order on me, and is now letting a married man move in. I lost my job is why we broke up, So I let her keep the apartment. But I only get to see my Daughter 1-2 hours maybe once a week, through the grandmother. I am making money now. and have offered to set up child suport, If I can have more time with my daughter. But they wont do it.
and now are blackmailing me, Telling me I cannot see my daughter again, If I dont pay 100% of her hospital bill.
My question is.. in indiana. Can I legaly take my daughter away from them, when I go visit at the grandparents house? the mothr and myself are both legaly custodial and biological parents of our daughter, btw if i cannot legaly take her, (though I believe i can) What should I do?
Niether the mother or I have court ordered custody. We are both documented biological parents of our child. through the hospital and health department.
