Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my girlfriend is pregnant and she wants to become completely emancipated and live with me her boyfriend i have two jobs and a place to live and i can support her, but her parents are not cooperating. how do i go about getting her emancipated?

You don't. Emancipation only occurs when juveniles have a plan to act as adults and show the maturity to live on their own. The facts in your post would work against that conclusion.

You dont. She has to show the court that she can support herself in order for emancipation.
