Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

So, well. My girlfriend is 17 years old. Her mom likes to walk in on her in the bathroom/in her room to make sure she's not sexting or something (Which she isn't) without knocking and without caring for her daughter's opinion of this. Even if she's naked. My gf does not like this at all, and neither do I. Is this against the law? Idk what section this would be under so I'm putting it under Family? O_o
