Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have been a godparent for a child of 11 her entire life. I would like to have some legal visitation rights as I have been recently cut off by both divorced parents. She has always called me grandma as her only biological grandma (she calls gammy) has very little to do with her. Can I legally sue for some visitation rights in Indiana?
