Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Grandparent Visitation

Our ex-daughter-in-law will not let us see our grandchildren. There is a lot of bad blood between her and my son and she is always using the children as pawns and they are always caught in the crossfire. If she is mad at my son then she punishes all of us and won't let us see them or have contact with them. Can we file or petition the courts for visitation rights as grandparents? I had grandparent visitation rights of their oldest child before they married because she would not let us see her regularly.
