Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Grandparents Rights

I was wondering if there are Grandparents rights in the state of Indiana? If grandparents have the right to see their grandchild (children) and/or if they would have to take the parents of the child to court to get rights to see their grandchild (children)? Please email me back and let me know. Thank you!

Yes, there are grandparents rights under certain circumstances. If your situation fits within the circumstances, you will have to file a Petition in court.
