Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was granted my divorce 3/20/13. My husband had 30 days to refinance our house equity loan and take my name off loan, which has never done. 1/10/14 he had me in court over money given to my son but then I was pushed into signing off on the deed, my attorney was not with me, he still has not refinanced and now it is against my credit. My score was 732, now it is 530, what can I do because he is in contempt of court.

You need to have your attorney read the decree and then enforce it. No one can give you advice on how to enforce a decree on this forum without reading the decree.
