Grounds for motion to be vacated

In Indiana, do you have grounds for motion to vacate ruling because your attorney at hand neglected to forward important documents. Thank you for all of your information.

There is no motion to vacate. There are Motions to Set Aside and Motions to Correct Errors. In Google, plug in the Indiana Trial Rules and look at Rules 59 and 60. Good luck!
