Guardianship

the father and mother of my granddaughter would like to sign guardianship over to me and its all willingly and want to stay out of the court rooms. we were hopeing to be able to just sign papers and that be it . is there a document that we could do this with.

You need to have a court recognized guardianship. Otherwise, you wil ahve difficulty getting medical care and schooling.
