guardship

my sister is giving me temporary guaridship how do i file for that do i need a lawayer or can i just file at the clerks office

You should have a lawyer. However, if it is by consent, you should be able to recieve services at a reaonable rate. I would be willing to draft the papers for a flat fee and then you could just go to court on your own. Feel free to contact me.
