Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

The guy i have been seeing was married to a girl and they had a baby together. We arent sure if it is even his child and before their divorce she up and left him in indiana and moved to florida with no agreement about it. She took the child and refuses to let him see his son. Is this legal for her to do?

Maybe. If no divroce action had yet been filed, then it was legal. If one had been filed, then the child's residence is subject to the court's orders here in Indiana. If he is serious about wanting a relationship with his child, you will make sure that he sees an attorney right away to establish his parenting time for the child.
