Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What can happen to a 16 yr old that gets a 15 yr. old pregnant in the state of Indiana? He is currently on probation for something unrelated. The sex was consensual but they had been for bidden to see each other by the girls parents. Also, can the girls parents be in trouble too?
