Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Health Insurance and Child Support

I recently found out the Father can get insurance through his employer, but chooses not to get it. I do have insurance on the child now. Can the judge order him to get insurance or just factor the cost of my insurance into support amount.

Either, or both of you can be ordered to provide insurance. Usualkly, the parent with the less expensive and comparable insurance is ordered to provide it and then factors that into the child support formula.
