Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I heard of a case where a woman sued another women for stealing the affection of her husband. Is this possible in the state of Indiana 5 months ago my husband left me for a woman, an old friend, in Michigan, he had been in contact with on facebook. I was in total shock. Our marriage wasn't perfect, but I had no idea. I loved my husband very much. When he left he refused to communicate with me, him and his girlfriend came into our home while I was at work, and our son was at a friends. When I got home, him and his stuff was gone. She had an accident a couple of years ago and was about to receive a $250,000 settlement. She bought him. He has always dreamed of having a computer business. She is now making all his dreams come true. 4 years ago my husband quit a job he loved because our 9 year old son and I were living 4 hours apart from my husband after a supposed job transfer fell through. He couldn't bare the heart break of seeing his son cry when we would have to leave him every weekend. Now, he rarely returns our sons calls and he hasn't seen him in over 2 months. What is really crazy about this case is that when he moved in with his girlfriend, she was still living with her husband. For nearly 5 months the husband not only lived with them, but begged my husband early on not to leave. I understand that he is also to be part of this business they are starting out of their pole barn. Only since she received her settlement 3 weeks ago, did they move the husband out and she filed for divorce the same day, although he still plans to be a part of the business.

Suing her is something you should reject as an option.
This is not a valid cause of action in Indiana
and is frowned upon in states where such a cause
exists. Nevertheless, you may want to post
your inquiry in Mich. as that state might recognize the action.
