I want to take my minor girlfriend to court and win custody over her from her dad How much will it cost to hire a Family Law attorney to win custody of my minor girlfriend

Without knowing whether her parent will make this contested, it is impossible to give you an estimate. However, you are looking at court filing fees of $150, sheriffs fees of at least $13.00 and most attorneys will require a retainer ( initial downpayment) of at least $1000 for attorneys fees.

You are not going to win this battle. Even if a court finds that father is unfit, the court will put her in the care of an adult who is NOT romantically involved, to make sure that any decisions are made by someone looking out solely for her, and not affected by their own emotions or wishes.
