Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband abandoned me and left the country. How can I divorce him? I live in Indiana, USA. We have two kids. He is the one wanting the divorce. I am to have full permanent custody of the kids.

Any attorney can accomplish this as part of your divorce proceedings. Indiana trial rules allow for legal service even against those that have fled the jurisdiction. If he does not reappear to contest the case, the decree will undoubtedly reflrect what you want it to reflect within the boundaries of the law.
