Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband has a child whom he has never met and the mother has stated very clearly she wants him to have nothing to do with him. Now my husband has never met this child and the child is 9 yearse old now. How would he go about signing away his rights to this child who she has never allowed him to have anything to do with

Only an adoption by mother's husband can allow this to happen. Your husband should go to court. to enforce his rights.

I agree with Jay. Indiana law does not allow one to just sign away their rights.
