Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband went to court today to get modified visitation with his son. As it stands, he was only seeing his son once a week and he wanted to get overnights and weekends established. His son is 5 years old. When he was there, the mother brought up allegations of drug use and my husband was drug tested after the hearing. The test came back positive for marijuana use. How will this affect his visitation with his son?
