Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My husband was divorced from him first wife and mother of his child about 7 years ago. About 3 years after the divorce she remarried and moved their son to Michigan, 4 hours away. Now that she had decided to move out of state is there any modification that can be done to the amount of support my husband is obligated to pay? Is there any law supporting travel time and travel expenses when traveling to pick up his son for visiting time?

I suggest that you look at the Indiana Relocation Statute and the Indiana Paretning Time Guidelines.
Her move out of state will not change the support amount. The court can adjust division of time/expense of visitation based upon her move, but that should have been addressed at the time. It is pretty late now to do that.
