Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband and I are divorcing, there is a 3 yr. old son involved. I let his father see him any time he wants, but lately he and his mother are telling him that I don't want him and that if he is with me I will hurt him. I love my son very much and am doing the very best I can to raise him in a very loving home. I am afraid that I will not get custody because of what they are telling him to say. I have a good job and live with my parents where my son has his own room and a big back yard to play in and my mother watches him when I am at work on the days he is not in preschool. What can I do?

If you have a lawyer, he or she have the most insight into your case so call. If you do not have a lawyer, you should hire one since things are getting a bit complicated.
