Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband has full custody his daughter who is now 12. She has not seen her bio mother since feb, 26,2011 or spoken to her since march 1, 2011. She called Friday (march 9,2012) demanading to speak with her. Our daughter felt obligated to speak with her since she was threating my husband with jail time and many other things. The phone conversation did not go well at ALL. The mother is now harrassing my husband that she call her again or she is going to press contempt chargers on him for interferring with her parental rights. We have told the child every time she has tried to contact her and she refuses to answer the phone or texts.

Could my husband be held in contempt and server jail time?

Not if your husband takes the child to a counselor to try to get a neutral analysis and possible solution as to why this child won't speak with her mother.
