Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband gave my cell phone to his attorney to support his suspicions that I have been unfaithful. What right does she have to keep it, when it is in MY name and I did not give permission for her to have it?

You should discuss this with your divorce attorney as he or she has the most knoweldge of the facts of your case. If you do not have an attorney, you should send a certified letter asking for its return and if the attorney refuses, you can file suit for conversion or even seek the help of your local prosecutor.
