Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My ex husband and I have joint custody. 2 of our three children refuse to speak to him, or see him. He doesn't care. He only wants to see our 8 year old daughter. She was fine for 3 years visiting him, and having his visitation. One month ago, he met a new woman with 4 kids, 3 boys one girl, and moved into her house and married her. In one month. Our daughter has been there for his visitation 4 times. since the second visit, she has changed. She cries, refuses to see him, screams and yells if she has to go over there, begs to come home and calls him begging to stay home until she is crying. Last weekend, she came home and said.. I learned a new word.. Penis! I am afraid something has happened, but she just cries and says I don't want to talk about it. I've tried talking to him and he says those children are perfect. They would never do anything to her. Not even the 10 year old boy on medication for mental instability. And no, he does not pay support, he is $4,000 behind and I have never once denied him his visitation because of it. He says since I have an expensive dog, he doesnt need to pay 62 dollars a week for 3 kids. Yes, this has gone to court. Still, no payments have been made. What should I do next?

1. Take your daughter to a counselor to determine whether there is a real problem, or whether she just doesn't like change.
2. Make sure your other children are getting counseling based on their father's rejection of them.
3. Take him back to court to collect the back support.
4. If the counselor says there is a problem, ask the court to restict or halt his parenting time.
