Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Husband left me bankrupt

While married, my husbnd controlled everything. I was not allowed to keep and cash or money whether it was my income or not. When I left (we are now separated) I found he had not payed anything. There was $700 in utility bills left in my name, and due to lack of car payments, my car was repo'd, leaving me a bill for $7000. Both are in my name, but were accrued before I left. Is he responsible for any of this?

Re: Husband left me bankrupt

If you file for a Dissolution of Marriage, there is a veru good chance, based on the facts presented that he would have some responsibility for these bills.
